About Live Park City

Live Park City is a Lite Deed Restriction program modeled after peer community programs, such as the Vail InDeed program. This Deed Restriction program is unlike any current City program. The Deed Restrictions do not have any income or appreciation caps, or household size requirements. The only requirements to apply for the program are full-time residency (owner occupancy or long-term rental) and local employment.

Park City Municipal's Housing Team

The Park City housing team will administer the program, with the Advisory Committee and City Manager making the final decision on Deed Restriction awards. 

The Park City housing team is comprised of:

The Advisory Committee will review each Deed Restriction application and refer a decision to be approved by the City Manager. The Advisory Committee is comprised of:
