Sara works to research and develop new innovative policies and programs to support Park City's housing goals and initiatives, including identifying funding sources for new programs. She manages mixed-use and public-private partnership projects on behalf of Park City. Also, she is responsible for the Housing Department procurement including requests for statements of qualifications (RSOQ), request for proposals (RFP), and contracts.

Rhoda enacts all programs that have been developed to support Park City's housing goals and initiatives, including the City's Lite Deed Restriction program, which aims to increase the amount of workforce housing. Rhoda monitors housing compliance programs to ensure compliance with deed restrictions, city ordinances, and regulations related to affordable housing. Rhoda also coordinates sales and resales of affordable housing units in Park City and maintains the waitlist for affordable housing sales and resales. She also oversees the City's Employee Housing Program.

Roman is part of both the Affordable Housing and Planning departments at Park City. He provides administrative support related to housing initiatives, including programs, development, and policy creation, undertakes research tasks and streamlines departmental processes.
