He also works to create and implement housing development partnerships to maintain and increase affordable housing opportunities in Park City. Jason also creates and negotiates public-private partnerships between developers and the City, including the EngineHouse development, which is currently being constructed and is set to be completed in 2025. |

Browne SebrightSenior Housing Policy & Program Development Coordinator browne.sebright@parkcity.org | 435.615.5153 Browne works to research and develop new innovative policies and programs to support Park City's housing goals and initiatives, including identifying funding sources for new programs. Browne also coordinates feasibility studies to assess the new development potential of various properties in Park City. He is also responsible for maintaining contracts, requests for proposals and other procurement duties for the department. |

Rhoda StaufferHousing Program Administrator rhoda.stauffer@parkcity.org | 435.615.5152 Rhoda enacts all programs that have been developed to support Park City's housing goals and initiatives, including the City's Lite Deed Restriction program, which aims to increase the amount of workforce housing. Rhoda monitors housing compliance programs to ensure compliance with deed restrictions, city ordinances, and regulations related to affordable housing. Rhoda also coordinates sales and resales of affordable housing units in Park City and maintains the waitlist for affordable housing sales and resales. She also oversees the City's Employee Housing Program. |
