- Measures of Effectiveness metrics to evaluate potential transit solutions
- Range of Alternatives: transit options considered in the initial review
- Purpose and Need Screening Results: alternatives recommended for further study based on alignment with Purpose and Need
The council supported the Purpose and Need statements, Measures of Effectiveness, and Range of Alternatives. They recommended advancing five alternatives for more detailed analysis (Level 1 screening) to understand their impacts and benefits better.
