Park City is proud to host the Sundance Film Festival annually. The 2025 Sundance Film Festival will take place in Park City Thursday, January 23-Sunday, February 2. This year's event will mark the 41st Anniversary of the Festival. 

Rules of the Road: Permitting Guide

The City works closely with Sundance Institute to protect its brand and sponsors. The Rules of the Road  is a guide to required permits, deadlines and other regulations during the Festival for those groups that are not under the Special Event Permit.
