• Construction will occur from 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
• Intermittent water shut-offs. Properties will be notified at least 48 hours in advance

  • During Phase III crews will tie-in individual water service and fire lines. The individual tie-ins are more detailed, invasive, and time intensive than installation of the main line
• Construction equipment and other supplies will be stored securely on the shoulders of Main Street at night and in the Brew Pub Lot

• Crews may need access into businesses periodically

4^th Street (from Main Street to Park Avenue), beginning March 31

• 4^th Street, from Main Street to Park Avenue, will be closed to vehicles while crews install water and sewer replacements
• Main Street will remain open

5^th to 4^th Street, beginning April 7*

• March 24-28, 2025, mobilize equipment, material, and bluestake utilities
• March 31-May 1, 2025, Work Zone | 5^th Street to 4^th Street:
  • Main Street, from 5^th Street to 4^th Street – the project area – will be closed during work hours. This area will reopen after project hours to traffic and parking
  • Delivery trucks will be able to enter the project area from both directions
  • Sidewalk closures will be in place, pedestrians will be directed to the opposite side of the street from work being performed. Business access on the closed side of roadway will be accessible by crossing street at the business location
• Main Street, between Heber Avenue and 5^th Street: open to two-way travel
• Top of Main, between 4^th Street and Swede Alley: open to two-way travel
• 5^th Street (by the Post Office) will be switched to one-way heading east for One Month beginning April 7

4^th Street to Swede Alley, May 1-June 1*

• Main Street from 5^th Street to 4^th Street: Unaffected – open to two-way traffic
• Work Zone | 4^th Street to Swede Alley:
  • Main Street, from 4^th Street to Swede Alley – the project area – will be closed during work hours. This area will reopen after project hours to traffic and parking
  • Delivery trucks will be able to enter the project area from both directions
  • Sidewalk closures will be in place, pedestrians will be directed to the opposite side of the street from work being performed. Business access on the closed side of roadway will be accessible by crossing street at the business location
• Main Street from Swede Alley to Hillside Avenue: open to two-way travel.A turnaround will be available in the Brew Pub Parking Lot for non-residential cars to turn around. Deliveries will be allowed to enter from the top of Main Street

5^th Street between Park Avenue and Main Street, May 1- June 1*

• Work Zone | 5^th Street:
  • Crews will install water and sewer replacements in 5^th Street, road will be closed until repaved
  • 5^th Street will close while crews mill and pave the street and reopen at night
