Invitation for Bids (“IFB”)
PCMC is inviting Bids from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to provide 2025 Pavement Management Program for the 2025 summer construction season.
BIDS DUE: By 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025. Submit bids electronically via Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) webpage. The Bids will be opened after the submission deadline. Reference Number: PCMC2025-STR-25101
In the event of difficulty submitting Bids electronically, Bids can be dropped off at the office of the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. Bids submitted to the City Recorder must be delivered on a zip drive. No paper copies may be submitted.
BID OPENING: The bid opening will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10:05 a.m. at the Park City Public Works East office, 1053 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, UT 84060. Requests for reasonable accommodation at the pre-bid meeting shall be made no later than 48 hours in advance to the Project Contact below. Accommodation may include alternative formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids.

Any modifications to the IFB or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the IFB posted on U3P Website. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.
QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing to U3P website by Friday, April 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Please do not submit the same question multiple times.
PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the Public Works East office, 1053 Iron Horse Drive, Park City, UT 84060.
