Help Shape Your City on Park City’s Planning Commission. Park City Municipal seeks interested, engaged, and eligible residents to fill 3 seats on the Planning Commission. Meetings occur on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The Commission consists of seven members who serve four-year, staggered terms. All members must reside within Park City limits and have resided within the City for at least ninety days prior to being appointed.

Planning Commission reviews a wide range of land use applications pursuit to the Land Management Code and the General Plan including, but not limited to, annexation requests, subdivisions, plat amendments, master planned developments, and conditional use permits. Appointments to the Commission should represent the diversity of the Park City community and applicants with land use or other experiences such as education, healthcare, outdoor recreation, or any background that offers a unique perspective(s) of Park City are welcome to apply. There should be a priority for at least one Planning Commissioner to be a land use professional, including but not limited to experience in construction, planning, architecture, or real estate development.
