Board of Adjustment
Board members are required to be residents of Park City. Board members serve a term of up to five (5) years.
The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month as needed. Special meetings may be called on the 1st Tuesday of the month. On average, the BOA meets 4-8 times per year.
This is a Board created Pursuant to the Utah Code to hear and decide on Appeals for zoning decisions and Variances to the terms of the Land Management Code.
The Board of Adjustment is comprised of five voting members and one alternate. The Board meets on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month as needed. Meetings start at 5:00 PM and may be subject to change.
