Community Wildfire Preparedness Plan (CWPP) Update Signed
Park City's Council adopted the updated Community Wildfire Preparedness Plan on May 27th, 2021. The plan and appendices can be viewed in the box to the right.
City Evacuation Plan and Exercise!! Developed with the help of multiple agency stakeholders and City departments, should evacuation of the City or parts of the City, become necessary, this plan provides the framework to conduct an appropriately-scaled, safe, coordinated, and controlled evacuation, by visitors, workers, and residents in the impacted area. And once utilities, resources, and circumstances permit, conduct a safe, coordinated and timely re-entry to the evacuated area. Mark Your Calendars!Full-Scale Exercise with community participation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 28th, 2022, from 9am until approximately 1pm. Members of the community wishing to participate will be required to sign a waiver. Register using the online form to the right! |
