Park City is conducting a planning study to define the future development character and opportunities for a City-owned 5-acre site within Bonanza Park, between Bonanza Drive, Park Avenue, Kearns Boulevard, and Deer Valley Drive.  

This process, guided by the Park City community, will help create a vision for the area that reflects the desires of Park City residents, businesses, and stakeholders, and is supportive of existing neighborhood character in the area.
