Main Street Plan Area Plan Update
Council will receive an update on the Main Street Area Plan Advisory Committee’s concepts for future Main Street-area improvements, investments, and amenities. While there will be no public comment taken during this work session, interested residents are encouraged to attend and bring their feedback to the November 12 engagement sessions, which are detailed below. Veterans Day Resolution
Council will approve a Resolution recognizing November 11, 2024, as Veterans Day, to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans who have honorably served in the United States Armed Forces. View agenda item here.
Park City Youth Advisory Council Announcement
The first Park City Youth Advisory Council (PCYAC) is set to launch. Park City High School junior Ellen Kuck, who was very involved in establishing the PCYAC, will play a key role in promoting the initiative at area public and private schools. Students will be encouraged to apply and a selection committee will choose up to 10 students to serve on the inaugural PCYAC starting in December 2024. View agenda item here.
Recreation Update on Aquatics and Community Center Projects

China Bridge Five-year Investment Plan Presentation
Per Council direction, Parking and Engineering teams will present a recommended five-year capital investment plan for the China Bridge Parking Structure. View agenda item here.

Residents Invited to Weigh in on Future Main Street Investments
Park City Municipal and the Main Street Area Plan Advisory Committee invite you to join the discussion about future investments and improvements to Park City’s Main Street and its immediate vicinity during two drop-in engagement sessions on Tuesday, November 12 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Miners Hospital in City Park.
Formed in the spring of 2024, the Main Street Advisory Committee consists of local business leaders and resident stakeholders focused on exploring investment concepts that develop infrastructure for better access, stabilize workforce and business success, and enhance economic vibrancy while preserving Main Street’s historic character.

Election Day Information – Ballot Drop-Off is Now at the Park CIty Library
Looking to drop off your General Election ballot? The City Hall ballot drop box has been permanently relocated to the entrance of the Park City Library. Or drop your ballot at The Market's (1500 Snow Creek Dr.) ballot drop box, or any other Summit County location. Ballots must be deposited in an official ballot drop box by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 5.
In-person voting will take place November 5 from 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (first floor of City Hall — 445 Marsac Avenue). Free parking is available in the north Marsac parking lot, accessible via Marsac Road (the first right after the roundabout). Register to vote, update your information, and track your ballot: vote.utah.gov
