The three-member Appeal Panel is appointed by the City Council to hear appeals of Planning Commission decisions on Conditional Use Permits, Master Planned Developments, and Plats. Park City area residents with five or more years of prior experience in an adjudicative position or with a legal or planning degree are preferred.
