Directionality Change to 5th Street

Beginning January 24, 2019, 5th Street between Main Street and Swede Alley will change directionality from an eastbound one-way street to a westbound one-way street. 5th Street will be accessible from Swede Alley instead of Main Street. Angled parking will still be provided.

This change is part of a larger walkability and circulation plan for Old Town. Ongoing efforts are intended to increase pedestrian safety and efficiency of turning vehicles.
