Emily Means introduced herself as the new City Hall reporter for KPCW Radio.
COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA:
- A five-year renewal contract with Everbridge for emergency mass notification services (EMNS). The five-year contract renewal will allow for continuity. The service rate is based on population, which saves Park City $3,000.00 annually. Staff is also working to ensure the service is provided in both English and Spanish, and to provide outreach to increase awareness and participation in the service.

The on-call contract with the charter service companies is for when Park City Transit needs additional roller stock that meets regulations, especially for use during peak time periods and events

- Ordinance 2019-01, approving the 2019 regular meeting schedule for City Council. By law, the City is required to announce the Council meeting schedule each year

PARK CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING

- Park City Housing Authority approved Resolution HA 01-2019, a resolution approving the 2019 regular meeting schedule for the Park City Housing Authority
Housing Authority Annual Meeting Notice Resolution - Park City Heights Annual Housing Update: City staff provided the Park City Housing Authority an update regarding the Park City Heights affordable housing development. Building is currently behind schedule, but is expected to catch up in the next two months. Affordable and attainable units in the development are to total 65 by the end of 2019
Park City Heights Staff Report - Park City Housing Authority approved the consideration to amend the Park City Heights Housing Mitigation Plan. The updated plan includes details regarding how the development will meet affordable housing requirements. The plan notes that the developers will use different lots and changes schedules to speed up the building process
