Board members are required to be residents of Park City. Board members serve a term of up to five (5) years.

The Board of Adjustment meets on the third Tuesday of each month, as needed. On average, the BOA meets 4-8 times per year.

This is a Board created Pursuant to the Utah Code to hear and decide on Appeals for zoning decisions and Variances to the terms of the Land Management Code.

The Board of Adjustment is comprised of five voting members and one alternate.
