Current Guidelines    Design Review Process

On May 16, 2019, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 2019-06, adopting updated Design Guidelines for the Historic Districts and Historic Sites.

We encourage you to explore the Municipal Code for the most up-to-date version of the Historic District Design Guidelines.

The Historic Preservation Team is working to create useful information including revised illustrations, photographs, and supplemental resources.
