SITE VISIT

Deer Valley Submitted a Conditional Use Permit to Install a New Ski Lift (ski lift 7), 4.62 Miles of New Beginner Ski Runs, an 8,483-Square-Foot Terminal and Lift Storage Building, and a 375-Square-Foot Operator House in the Recreation and Open Space Zoning District and Sensitive Land Overlay. The Planning Commission will conduct a Site Visit of the area on skis with the Applicant. One or More Commissioners May Participate Electronically. The Planning Commission Will Not Otherwise Convene a Meeting and No Action or Discussion Will Occur Other than Clarifying Questions Pertinent to the Site Visit. A summary of the Site Visit will be Presented as Part of the Regular Planning Commission Meeting on April 24^th, 2024.
