PROJECT LOCATION: Summit and Wasatch County, Utah
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Park City Municipal Corporation (“Park City”) seeks proposals from qualified companies to provide control of noxious weeds via herbicide application and some mechanical control in city-owned open space and private land at various locations throughout Summit and Wasatch County.
PROJECT DETAILS: Specifications for the project can be received via email request to Hannah.Halsted@parkcity.org. Specifications will be available from March 22, 2023, until April 4, 2023.
PROPOSAL SELECTION: Proposals will be reviewed at 9:30am Wednesday, April 5, 2023. A selection committee comprised of Park City staff will review all submitted RFPs.

All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Hannah Halsted by Monday April 3, 2023, at 2:00 pm.
Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, Park City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of Park City.
In the event of difficulty submitting electronically, proposals can be dropped off to the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060.
Respondents or their agents are instructed not to contact City employees, agents or contractors of Park City, selection committee members, the Mayor’s office or staff, members of the City Council, or attempt to externally manipulate or influence the procurement process in any way, other than through the instructions contained herein, from the date of release of this RFP to the date of execution of the agreement resulting from this solicitation. Park City, in its sole discretion, may disqualify Respondents for violation of this provision.
