The public is encouraged to participate virtually:

• The meeting begins at 4:45 p.m. 
• The meeting and will be broadcast via live audio on the City’s Council Meeting Info & Listen Live page, via Zoom Webinar, and on Facebook Live.
• The public is invited to submit comment through the newly added ecomment feature.
• Full agenda and link to provide ecomment is available here. Please allow time to complete the ecomment registration before the meeting starts. Registration using Firefox or Microsoft Edge browsers is recommended. Once you receive a confirmation email, you are ready to send your input before and during Thursday’s meeting.
