Topic #5: Consideration of a Donation In Honor of Rich Martinez and Mining Legacy (5:20 p.m.)

Purpose: The PAAB should consider a recommendation to accept a full donation of a sculpture commissioned and paid for by the Martinez Family, and consider taking on the cost associated with preparing the infrastructure at the site and taking on maintenance, estimated at $5,000.
