Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is seeking qualified architectural
firms or teams for architecture, engineering, construction administration
services, and cost estimates for the Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation
Center (“PC MARC”) and the Park City Sports Complex (“PCSC”) Phase 3
projects.  The PC MARC project includes a 14,000-square-foot expansion of the
cardio and fitness space and the reconstruction of the two outdoor pools and the
spa at the existing PC MARC, 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City, Utah. The PCSC
Phase 3 project includes indoor pickleball courts, exterior pickleball courts,
an outdoor ice rink, outdoor sports lighting, a parking lot, and other
improvements at 425 F.J. Gillmor Way, Park City, Utah.  The work outlined in the
RFP includes planning, entitlements, architectural and engineering design,
schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction
administration.  PCMC is seeking responses from architects licensed in the State
of Utah to act as the primary architect of record for the project.
 
Statements of Qualification (“SOQs”) must be submitted electronically
through the Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”) website by 4:00 p.m. on
Monday, April 24, 2023. The SOQs will be opened after the submission deadline.
Proposals will remain valid for 90 days after submission.
 
All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing on the U3P
website by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2023.
Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and/or all
proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to
waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the City’s
best interest.
