MEETING CANCELED NOTICE

The Appeal Panel meeting tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 22nd has been canceled. After review of audio transcripts of the Planning Commission's 220 King remand hearing by all members of the Panel, the Chair sees no reason to withhold signature on the Final Action letter, as proposed at their July 15, 2024 meeting. That Appeal was the only item on the meeting's agenda.
