There is one (1) Board of Adjustment (BOA)
position available. Full BOA terms are for five years. Board members are
required to be residents of Park City.
The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd
Tuesday of the month as needed. Special meetings may be called on the 1st
Tuesday of the Month. On average the BOA meets 4-8 times a year.
This is a Board created pursuant to the Utah Code
to hear and decide on Appeals for zoning decisions and Variances to the terms
of the Land Management Code.
