Park City Municipal offers a wide range of benefits to eligible employees:

  • Health and Dental Insurance - The City offers single and family coverage through Aetna, with options of having 100% of employee monthly premium costs covered by the City.
  • Flexible Spending Plans - Available for both medical and child care expenses.
  • Retirement | Pension or 401k Plans - 10% of yearly pension contribution paid by the City and 457 deferred compensation plan. The City matches some employee contributions into the 457 account. Roth and Traditional IRA programs are also available. 
  • Life and Disability Insurance - The City offers single and family life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage through Prudential.
  • Vacation Leave - 10 or more hours per month accrual depending on employee tenure with the City.

  • Employee Assistance Program -  The City offers coverage to employees and their families through Blomquist Hale, ranging from mental health services to financial and legal counseling.

  • Employee Tuition Assistance - up to $10,000 per calendar year.
