Board of Adjustment Vacancy
There are three Board of Adjustment (BOA) vacancies available for appointment, two members and an alternate position. Full BOA terms are for five years. Board members are required to be residents of Park City. Existing Board Members have the choice to reapply for a subsequent term.
The Board meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month as needed. Special meetings may be called on the 1st Tuesday of the Month. On average the BOA meets 4-8 times a year.
This is a Board created pursuant to the Utah Code to hear and decide on Appeals for zoning decisions and Variances to the terms of the Land Management Code.
Applications are available at the Park City Planning Department at 445 Marsac Avenue and online at on the city's website. The application deadline is Friday April 28, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
