Step by Step Process

  1. Fill out the application:
    • List the property address if purchasing (the property must be located in Park City City limits)
    • Provide your contact information (name that will be held on title and mailing address)
    • Specify decision date needed if dependent on a purchase/closing date
    • Specify the amount of money you are applying for

  2. This application will be sent to Park City Municipal's Housing Team. If properly filled out, the application will then be sent to the Advisory Committee for review. 
  3. Upon approval for funds, you will enter into a Notice of Deed Restriction Purchase agreement with Park City Municipal Corporation.
