NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FOREST HEALTH/HAZARDOUS FUELS REDUCTION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE CREATION 2021 (NON-BID)

 

Project Name: Forest Health/Hazardous Fuels Reduction and Defensible Space Creation 2021

Project Location: Park City, Utah

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) seeks proposals from qualified companies in order to plan and conduct forest health/hazardous fuels reduction work, defensible space  and general best forest management practices on the Treasure Hill Open Space and other City owned properties in Park City, Utah.

RFP Available: A copy of the RFP will be available Wednesday, June 2, 2021, and can be obtained either in person or electronically by emailing Logan Jones, Trails and Open Space Coordinator, at logan.jones@parkcity.org or in person at Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Ave., Third Floor, Sustainability Department, Park City, UT 84060. Specifications will be available at the above location or via email request from June 2, 2021, until June 30, 2021.

Propoals Dues: By 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 via email to logan.jones@parkcity.org or hand delivery to Logan Jones, Trails and Open Space Coordinator, Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor, Sustainability Department, Park City, UT 84060. In the absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. Due to email size limits it is recommended that proposals be submitted using a file hosting service.

 

All questions shall be submitted via email to logan.jones@parkcity.org no later than Monday, June 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

 

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal.
