Over 75% of public parking is available free of charge in the historic Main Street area.

Park City has a world class bus system. If you are planning a vacation here, remember you can get around to ski, shop, and dine without even needing a car. Plus, many private transportation providers operate Salt Lake International Airport and Park City.
Parking Services maintains an enforcement philosophy that:
- Supports City ordinances
- Promotes traffic and pedestrian safety, and
- Encourages turnover of available on-street parking spaces in order to increase the likelihood of locating a convenient place to park.
In general, parking can be enforced at any time during times listed on posted signs. In general, pay zones are enforced from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 4-hour zones from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
