The Treasure Conditional Use Permit applicants requested to continue the public hearing and their presentation currently scheduled for the February 8, 2017 Planning Commission meeting due to timing of the anticipated updated traffic counts being performed over President’s week. Park City Planning staff will stipulate to accept the applicants’ request for a continuance and to hear the traffic and parking presentation at the April 12, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. The Planning Commission will open the Public Hearing at the February 8, Planning Commission meeting, but City Staff and the applicant will not make a presentation and Commission will simply vote on a motion to continue as a stand-alone matter. The next scheduled hearing and presentation date is March 8, 2017, at which time review of other CUP criteria is expected to continue as will be outlined in a staff report expected to be published March 3, 2017.
